We make it easy for your group to enjoy a performance at the Alys Stephens Center! Simply choose the performance(s) you would like to attend. Estimate the number of people in your group. Call the ASC Box Office or Group Sales Manager and make your reservations. Whether celebrating a special birthday or anniversary, entertaining business associates, or gathering with your alumni, church or social club, groups of 10 or more receive discounted tickets and special benefits. The account balance and the final ticket count are needed no later than two weeks prior to the performance. This allows us to release and sell any unused tickets. Tickets will be mailed after the final ticket count and payment is received. Or you may choose to pick up the tickets at Will Call. For larger groups, we recommend you pick up your tickets prior to the show. *Discounts are not available on student or kid-friendly tickets.

The ASC staff will make every effort to keep the group together, but in order to accommodate the special needs of certain group members, the group may need to be split up.
