Since her years with Alabama's Front Porch String Band, Claire Lynch has sold millions of records and received multiple Grammy nods (most recently for 2006's long awaited New Day.) After 55 years in the business, Ralph Stanley is still the best banjo picker and tenor singer in bluegrass music. Out of his countless accolades, Stanley says his favorite is the 2002 Grammy for Best Country Male Vocalist in a field that included Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, Tim McGraw, Ryan Adams, and Lyle Lovett.

John HiattThis superstar tour has become the show not to be missed. Many of you remember the stunning show at the Alabama Theatre a few years ago. Seeing the interplay and immense talent of Lovett and Hiatt close up and personal in the intimate Jemison Concert Hall might just be the highlight of the season. You'll see their storytelling mastery not only in the songs they sing, but in the tall tales they offer up between songs.

Punch BrothersChris Tile's last visit to the ASC, with the acclaimed trio Nickel Creek, left the audience in awe with mandolin playing that was near perfection. Comprised of Thile, mandolin; Gabe Witcher, fiddle; Chris Eldridge, guitar; Noam Pikelny, banjo; and Greg Garrions, bass, Punch Brother's first album How to Grow a Woman from the Ground was nominated for a Grammy and launched the band nationally with performances on Lincoln Center's American Songbook Series and "The Tonight Show."

"Thile and Eldridge readily acknowledge that ‘Punch' is anything but easy listening, lyrically or musically.  Equal parts folk, bluegrass, jazz and contemporary classical, it's a brave and daring work..."
