UAB Department of Theatre

The cast of Theatre UAB's 2008 production of THE LARAMIE PROJECT, directed by Luke Harlan.
The UAB Department of Theatre is one of the fastest-growing programs of its kind in the region, winning awards on the state and national levels and attracting students who complete their BA degrees and go on to graduate programs and professional careers. In offering the community five fully-mounted productions each year and a locally-famous Festival of Ten-Minute Plays, the Department gives opportunities for students to gain professional-level experience in performances, design/tech, and all other aspects of theatre. To learn more about the program and to see photographs from dozens of productions, visit the Theatre UAB website.
